Speed up the process when your goods arrive at the border with the Canadian Border Service Agency’s (CBSA) Pre-arrival Review System. PARS allows brokers to submit customs entries for review and processing before goods arrive in Canada.
Goods transported by road must clear under a PARS, unless they qualify for another shipment type or other exemption. With a time-driven PARS acceptance, we receive all CBSA-mandated information, including the commercial invoice, PARS number, entry port, and ETA.
